We've recently updated the look of the Real Corporate Lawyer website. All of the content you're familiar with is still available on the site - we've just renamed some sections and adjusted the main navigation. Important things to note:

The New Resources Section

• The "Resources" section includes all of the reference material and legal opinions you need. The main sections in Resources contain pages that were previously accessed through the main navigation. You can get to these subsections by simply clicking on the appropriate link.
• Expert Analysis includes the SEC Reform Portal, Law Center, FAQs and Law Firm Publications.
• Reference Material includes SEC Rules & Regulations, XBRL, EDGAR and Reference Sites.
• Special Topics includes MD&A, 8-K and International Law

Sections that have been Renamed

• SEC Daily Briefs is now called Daily Changes to the SEC Website
• SEC and Other Regulatory Developments is now called Latest SEC Developments
• Breaking News is now called Other Breaking News
• Special Features is now called Emerging Legal Issues
